How the front desk works
Built for people who are busy: caregivers, host homes and case managers.
One account per participant
The participant's own account, used by them or by whoever helps them. County and funding source set what applies.
Register, renew, ask
Pick an activity and you're in (or on the waitlist). Once a year, confirm or upload each form. Questions go to the front desk any hour.
Records that travel with the person
Confirmations, attendance and renewed forms are filed into the participant's MeCentral vault, so they stay with the person, not the provider.
Annual renewals, without the chase
Service plan authorizations, Medicaid redetermination, Denver residency, emergency contacts, waivers and releases all expire on their own clocks. The front desk keeps each participant's checklist, sends reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days, and lets a caregiver finish most items in under a minute.

Small groups or 1:1 in Metro Denver and Evergreen. Community involvement, personal and professional empowerment, tailored day-to-day schedules.
Life Connections Lab℠
For 18–25 year old young adults with autism: 12 key life concepts, from decision making and personal finance to self-advocacy and wellness.
